Solace

 

My kind of solace. The sky never fails to put a smile on my face and warm my heart. When I saw this, I grabbed my phone and took a picture of it. The combination of blue and white is an apple in my eye. It's the sky above everything else. Simply admiring it from a distance is enough to soothe the pieces of my scattered mind.

Night Before Christmas

 

A glimpse of trees and their lights outside the church. This was the evening of December 24, 8 p.m. We went to attend the Christmas Eve mass with my grandmother. I was delighted because of the idea of Christmas. And there was ice cream, which is my comfort food, waiting for me at home.

Calligraphy

 

"All it is eight letters"

A simple name without a color became an art form all of a sudden. I saw the art of my name through the use of doodles and colors; these eight letters became vibrant.

These are images of art from region 11 (Davao region). Creating a collage to promote the arts in my region Many Dabwenyos are engaged in and appreciate these various forms of art.

Assemblage

 

 I came up with the simple assemblage art idea of creating an owl out of recycled materials. With stones on the floor and fake plants next to it, it is a sweet and simple piece of artwork.

Tula ng Sining

I wrote a poem entitled "Sining." It is viewed as a work of contemporary art and a cultural artifact. This poem represents the moment when I felt a connection between myself and art—its promotion and recognition. The best feeling is the achievement of producing a piece that comes from the heart.

Food Art

 

Making food art makes a person creative as they imagine things. This is made of fried rice and veggies with tomato sauce. It's an apple in my eye! Not perfect, but pretty. Things are beautiful in the eye of the beholder.
